( 1 ) Small gear mouth .（一）小檔口。
(2) "three in one" place.（二）“三合一”場所。
( 3 ) Group rental housing .（三）群租房。

( 6 ) boarding schools . （六）寄宿制學校。
Second, the specific contents of the "Ten items must be checked"
二、“十項必查”具體內容
(1) installation of leakage protection switch. All kinds of buildings (places) supply, electric lines should be installed leakage protection switch. Switch should select qualified electrical products.
（一）安裝漏電保護開關。各類建筑（場所）供、用電線路均應安裝漏電保護開關。開關應選用合格電氣產品。
(2) Wire bushing. Protective measures shall be taken for all kinds of buildings (places) and power lines to wear metal pipes, close metal wire grooves or insulated and flame retardant PVC electrical sleeving in accordance with the national electrical technical standards.
（二）電線套管。各類建筑（場所）供、用電線路均應根據國家電氣技術標準，采取穿金屬管、封閉式金屬線槽或者絕緣阻燃PVC電工套管保護措施。
(3) emergency escape channel. All kinds of buildings (places) should maintain the staircase, evacuation routes, safety exit and emergency escape channel. The establishment of security fence walls are removed, residential places required to be installed, should set the length and width of the net size of not less than 1 meters, 0.8 meters and emergency escape door in the mouth, and set the ladder descent control device, and other auxiliary escape evacuation facilities.
（三）緊急逃生通道暢通。各類建筑（場所）均應保持樓梯間、疏散通道、安全出口等緊急逃生通道暢通。外墻設置防盜鐵柵欄一律拆除，居住類場所確需安裝的，應設置長寬凈尺寸不小于1米、0.8米且向外開啟的緊急逃生口，并設置緩降器、逃生軟梯等輔助疏散設施。

（四）合用場所物理防火分隔。住宿場所與其他生產經營性場所合一設置的，必須實施實體墻物理防火分隔。

（六）清理電動自行車。各類建筑（場所）內部均嚴禁電動自行車違規停放或充電，一經發現必須立即清理。
( 7 ) Remove the wooden attic . All buildings ( places ) are strictly prohibited to use wooden materials to build the attic . Once they have been found , they must be forcibly removed .
（七）拆除木質閣樓。各類建筑（場所）內部均嚴禁采用木質材料搭建閣樓，一經發現必須強制拆除。
(8) dismantling flammable materials. All kinds of buildings (places) are strictly forbidden to use coloured steel plates, polyurethane foam and other flammable materials, which must be dismantled as soon as they are found.
（八）拆除易燃材料。各類建筑（場所）內部均嚴禁使用彩鋼板、聚氨酯泡沫等易燃材料，一經發現必須強制拆除。
(9) Group rent house has clear responsibility for fire control. Strictly according to the "Ten measures to reduce Fire risk of Group Rent House", the building should be equipped with fire safety building leader, and the building length should be occupied by property service enterprise personnel or lessor. Organize and improve fire safety management system, perform daily fire safety management duties, and implement night inspection measures for full-time administrators. Accommodation of more than 3 places. Installation of independent fire alarm detector. Accommodation of more than 30 people in place, all in accordance with the standard installation of automatic fire, fire alarm and other fire fighting facilities, specifically designated to carry out 24-hour watch.
（九）群租房明確消防管理責任。嚴格按照《降低群租房火災風險十項措施》要求，所在建筑應配備消防安全樓長，樓長應由物業服務企業人員或出租人擔任，組織建立健全消防安全管理制度，履行日常消防安全管理職責，實施專職管理員夜間巡查措施。住宿3人以上的場所，一律加裝獨立式火災報警探測器。住宿30人以上的場所，一律按照標準安裝自動滅火、火災報警等消防設施，明確專人實施24小時值守看護。
(10) implement fire safety guarantee on construction site. （十）施工現場落實消防安全保障。嚴格按照《建設工程施工現場消防技術規范》（GB50720-2011）要求，建立健全消防安全管理制度，明確專人實施現場看護，配置臨時消防設施和足夠滅火器材，保障臨時消防用水，依法依規實施動火作業，確保施工用電安全。
